When ESIC registration is required
ESIC registration is mandatory once an organization or the opposite entity employs 10 or more low-earning employees. according to the Act, any employee earning but Rs. 15,000 per month must contribute 1.75% of his/her pay towards the ESI, while 4.75% are getting to be contributed towards his/her ESI by the company .
